Shipping & Delivery

Hawaii Papaya is shipped via FedEx, leaving Hawaii on Tuesdays. Orders must be received by Saturday midnight HST for shipment the following Tuesday.  We do this because we only pack to order and need a firm count Sunday morning.  Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping via FedEx requires a physical address. Papaya cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.  FREE shipping is included.  FedEx 2nd Day Air- Please note that orders are delivered within one day to most addresses west of the Rockies.  It takes two days for deliveries from Hawaii to most other states (Thursday delivery).

You will receive an email with FedEx tracking information when the boxes are scanned at the Hilo FedEx facility, typically Tuesday morning HST.

IF YOUR ORDER IS A GIFT (and you would like your recipient to know it is from you), PLEASE use the SHOP option in the main menu bar at the top of each page, and the Check the box "this is a gift".  You can then enter information as to who the box is for, who it is from, and a gift message.

About our fruit

HawaiiPapayaDirect works with small family owned and operated farms on the slopes of Mauna Loa on the Big Island of Hawaii.

We have been growing and packing papaya fruit since 2007.  

We pick, pack and ship our fruit with care to ensure the freshest quality. 

All our fresh fruit is sold by the case and cannot be mixed with other fruit within the case due to export regulations.
