Cinco de Mayo Papaya Tajin Cocktail

2 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 1/2 Tbsp sugar
5 oz bubbly water, chilled
2oz. blanco tequila
1/4 fresh Hawaii Papaya, in little bite size pieces


Rub lime around the top of the glass. Add Tajin to small plate and coat the rim of the glass. Enjoy slurping luscious chunks of papaya with your limeade.
