1 Hawaiian Papaya, cubed
2 thin slices red onion, finely chopped
1/2 fresh lime juice
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 - 1/2 serrano chile (depending how much heat you'd like), minced
salt to taste
Gently blend the ingredients in a bowl. Add the amount of salt that you like.
If possible, refrigerate for a few hours or overnight so the flavors may blend.
